Ship Security Plan (SSP) Amendments

USG is now offering services for making amendments and additions to Ship Security Plans.

We will require the following documentation for processing the amendments :-

A letter written on a company letterhead stating the purpose and the details (which pages) of the required amendments. This letter must be signed by the company security officer. This should include a declaration stating that no other changes were made in the original approved SSP.

A copy of the approved SSP (electronic format). If USG approved the original plan then we already have a copy of this.

The reference number of the USG SSP certificate, or a copy of the certificate if approved by another RSO.
